The agreement
Terms of sale
What you are agreeing to at checkout, in plain sentences.
Trading identity
Orders are placed with Mirovel Archive directly. The trading address is 14-16, Agrasen Square, Nagar Nigam Market, CPWD Colony, Navlakha, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001, India. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
How an order is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email, and that email is the point at which the contract is formed. Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.
Product pages are built from what suppliers give us. If a price or figure is plainly wrong, we would rather cancel and refund in full within 5-7 business days than dispatch against an error.
Specifications
We publish supplier specifications unchanged. We are glad to compare a listing against your requirement, but a guarantee that something will fit or perform in your situation is beyond what a retailer can give.
There is no shop warranty on top of the product. Any warranty printed on a product page stands by itself.
The limit of a stated figure
A piece count on an assorted kit is the count the manufacturer prints. The mix of designs inside is drawn from a rotating pool, so two identical packs can contain different sheets. That is a property of the product, not a fault.
Your side
Accurate address, working phone number, parcel checked on delivery. Beyond that, please do not pass our goods off as another brand’s stock or lift the wording and photographs from these pages.
Limits of liability
Consumer rights that Indian law does not allow to be excluded are untouched by anything written here. Subject to that, a product-related claim is limited to what was paid for the product in question.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
