The designs are drawn from a rotating pool, so two identical packs can hold different sheets.

The practical version
We only carry that wording where the packaging carries it.
Keep paper packs out of direct sun and away from a damp wall; adhesive on washi and stickers weakens in heat.
What we can check for you
If a sticker sheet arrived creased, photograph it flat next to the mailer it came in. That one picture usually settles the question of whether it was packed or posted badly.
What we will not do
We do not confirm that a piece will suit a space or a device we cannot see, and we do not add a specification the supplier did not state. Where the honest answer is that we do not know, that is the answer you will get.
