Ordering, delivery and payment
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All parcels go out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The two parts are 1-2 business days handling and 3-9 business days transit, which is where 4-11 business days comes from. It is an estimate.
How much is shipping?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and over. Below that a flat charge of ₹49 applies, shown before checkout is completed.
How can I pay?
You can pay by UPI or on delivery. Cards are not taken at all, so nothing card-related is stored. COD carries no extra charge on eligible orders.
Is the piece count exact?
It is the count the pack itself states. Assorted kits are made up to that count from a mixed design pool, so the exact mix of designs varies between packs.
Is GST charged on my order?
No. Mirovel Archive is not currently registered for GST. Nothing is charged as GST, and without a registration number a GST tax invoice cannot be raised. The parcel does contain an order invoice, which is a different document.
What is the return window?
Write within 10 days of delivery. Once that message is in, the return stands even if the item takes longer to reach us. For a change-of-mind return the item must be unused, in original packaging with invoice. A damaged, wrong or incomplete order is not held to that condition.
After delivery
Can I change the size after delivery?
We do not offer exchanges. The route is a return followed by a new order.
Will the designs match the photograph?
The style will. Assorted sets are packed from a rotating design pool, so individual sheets can differ from the ones photographed.
Something broke in transit — what do I do?
Report it to [email protected] within 48 hours, with images of the parcel and the contents. An unboxing video speeds a claim up and is not a condition of any refund. Confirmed faults are replaced or refunded and we pay the postage back.
Can I visit and see the stock?
No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
When do I get my money back?
A cancelled order is refunded within 5-7 business days. A return is refunded within 7 business days of the item reaching us and being checked.
Are the tapes and stickers acid-free?
Only where the packaging states it. We do not add that claim to a listing that does not carry it.
