Delivery at a glance
Why the range looks like that
Add handling of 1-2 business days to transit of 3-9 business days and you get the 4-11 business days printed above. Nothing is rounded in our favour. Treat both ends of that range as an estimate. Courier backlogs, festival traffic and weather all stretch it, and none of them are within our control.
Dispatch is from Indore, Madhya Pradesh only. The carrier is picked per order according to which network reaches the delivery PIN code.
In the carton
Paper goods go into a rigid board mailer so corners do not bend, and tape rolls are boxed separately so they cannot crush a sticker sheet.
Paper and adhesive both dislike the same things: heat and damp. Orders leave in a rigid board mailer, and in the monsoon months we add an inner polybag at no charge. A washi order that arrives with a damp outer sleeve and dry contents has worked exactly as intended.
Damage on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes a claim much easier to settle. We review what you send and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
