Who else sees it

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Cookies on this site

We use cookies required for functions such as the shopping cart and checkout. We do not run a third-party analytics or advertising pixel on this site. Our hosting and network providers may set their own technical cookies for security and caching. If additional cookies or services are introduced, this policy will be updated accordingly.

What we do not ask for

Nothing about a stationery order needs an identity document, a date of birth, or an age check, so we do not ask for any of them.

How long we keep it

We retain order records for as long as needed to process orders, returns, refunds and accounting requirements, and for any applicable legal obligation. We do not keep a marketing list you have not joined.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), applies to how we handle it.

Privacy complaints go to [email protected]. No separate named officer has been appointed — the person who runs Mirovel Archive handles them personally.
